Security deposit
A refundable hold is placed on a credit card in the client's name at pickup. The amount varies by vehicle category and duration, and is released after the vehicle is returned in its original condition.
Mileage limit
Each rental includes a daily mileage limit shown before reservation. Additional miles are billed per mile; mileage packages are available on request.
Tolls (SunPass)
All vehicles carry an active SunPass transponder. Tolls are billed at cost plus a small administrative fee per reservation, once the authority reports usage.
Delivery & pickup
Pickup at our Miami-Dade office. Delivery available to MIA/FLL airports, hotels, residences, and marinas at a delivery fee. Delivery outside business hours is by arrangement.
Insurance requirement
Full coverage is required for every rental. Clients may present their own policy, eligible credit-card coverage, or purchase one of our coverage options.
