How Veloce Lux Miami handles the details you share when you request a quote.

What we collect

When you use the concierge to request a quote, we process the trip details you provide: pick-up and return dates, delivery location and (for airport delivery) your flight number, your self-reported age band, your price preferences, and the email and/or phone you give us so we can send the quote.

How we use it

We use these details to match eligible vehicles and to send and follow up on your quote. We hold an unconverted quote for a limited period and then remove it.

Marketing & analytics — only with your consent

We use analytics and retargeting (including a retargeting pixel) and may contact you about your quote only if you opt in at capture. The consent box is unchecked by default; if you leave it unchecked, we still process your quote but do not fire the retargeting pixel or send marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Verification

To complete a booking you verify insurance (via Canopy Connect) and identity (via Stripe Identity). Those providers process the information needed to confirm an active policy and your identity; we receive only the verification result and the details required to confirm eligibility.
