Rental Terms

The terms that apply to a Veloce Lux Miami reservation.

Eligibility

Drivers must be 21+ for standard vehicles and 25+ for exotic and high-performance vehicles, hold a valid driver's license, and carry qualifying auto insurance (verified via Canopy Connect). Identity is confirmed before a reservation is approved.

Deposit, mileage & fees

A refundable security hold applies per vehicle and is released after the vehicle is returned in its original condition (typically 7–14 business days). The daily rate includes a daily mileage allowance; mileage beyond the allowance is billed per mile at trip completion. Delivery is available for a fee; tolls (SunPass) are passed through.

Cancellation

Reservation requests can be cancelled before owner approval at no charge. After approval, cancellation terms are confirmed with you at the time of booking. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change and we'll work with you.

Condition & handoff

Pickup and drop-off are documented with a geofenced check-in and before/after photos by both parties; this evidence protects you and the owner. Any dispute is handled through an audited resolution process.
